These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and cat999 (hereinafter referred to as "cat999", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gambling platform accessible athttps://cat999.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

To register and maintain an active account on cat999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

1. You must be a natural person aged21 years or older. cat999 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your cat999 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, shareholder, or close associate of cat999 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing the Platform would constitute a violation of local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing cat999 from your location.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
6. You must not be a self-excluded player who has voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with cat999 or any affiliated responsible gambling body.

Each User is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the cat999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cat999 accepts no liability for losses or delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cat999 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify cat999 support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16.

4.3 Account Verification

cat999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

cat999 accepts deposits via a range of payment channels suited to Malaysian players. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or the minimum equivalent in cryptocurrency), unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. cat999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the named account holder cannot be verified as the registered player, or anonymous payment instruments. cat999 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative funding methods if the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

cat999 processes withdrawal requests to verified Malaysian bank accounts and payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the original deposit was made in cryptocurrency, in which case the withdrawal may be returned in the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the prevailing rate.

6.1 KYC Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending. cat999 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes following KYC approval: same-day for e-wallet withdrawals; within 15 minutes for verified bank transfer requests during normal business hours; within 24 hours for all other withdrawal methods.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or declined in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed KYC verification.
• Bonus wagering requirements attached to the current balance have not been fully satisfied.
• The account is under review for unusual activity, suspected fraud, or potential breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal method differs materially from the deposit method used to fund the account.
• The requested withdrawal amount exceeds applicable transaction limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Where possible, cat999 will return funds via the same payment channel used for deposit. For instance, deposits made via Maybank FPX will be returned to the same Maybank account. This policy exists to prevent financial crime and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• cat999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus already in active use on an account.
• Bonuses are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and have no monetary value outside of the Platform.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

cat999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; using low-risk betting strategies (such as simultaneous staking on opposing outcomes) designed to clear wagering requirements artificially. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus removal, account restriction, or permanent closure.

7.3 Referal Programme

Under cat999's Refer a Friend programme, registered players may earn a reward of MYR 38 for each successful referral where the referred player registers using the referer's unique code and completes a qualifying first deposit ofRM 50 or above. Referral rewards are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly stated.

All bets, wagers, and gaming rounds placed on the cat999 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each individual product, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

8.1 Sports Betting

8.2 Void Bets & Settlement

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned if: the event is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; the market is suspended due to a technical error before the event begins; or the odds displayed were subject to a manifest error. All bets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. Protest results or results pending official review will be settled once the final outcome is confirmed.

8.3 Live Casino & Slots

cat999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cat999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cat999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein by reference.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

• Any other circumstance where cat999 determines, in good faith, that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the wellbeing of the player.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds and pending wagers) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
